Axis Centre, Newmachar

Gordon MP Colin Clark visited the Axis Centre Newmachar and met Graham Geddes who along with other community members are the driving force behind the popular local facility.

The Axis Centre provides a well equipped gym, sports hall, meeting rooms plus a great coffee shop.

Community Led Project The Sand Bothy

Colin Clark, MP for Gordon, visited The Sand Bothy, situated at the seaside in Balmedie.  He met with a team of volunteers, Rosie Nicol, Rosemary Nixon, Allan Jeffrey and Wishart McBride, who are part of the community-led project.

Colin Clark MP visited Power Jacks in Ellon.  Bruce Bultitude, Chairman, Power Jacks has done a deal with BrewDog which will see their operation grow and Power Jacks move to Westhill.

Colin organised a meeting with the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, Secretary of State for DEFRA, NFU Scotland representatives Martin Kennedy NFUS VP, Johnnie Hall and Clare Slipper, and Lord Ian Duncan from the Scottish Office.
